A couple of extras for going indie

Thanks for buying The Opposite from an independent seller. I promised a couple of extras for your indie loyalty, and here they are.

Got a Challenge? Find Your Opposite

You might not be sure where to start with the book. Or maybe you’ve already started and there’s something in particular you’re wrestling with right now and you want to zero in on.

This quick guide matches nine common business challenges with two chapters to get you going.

Go behind the scenes of The Opposite

Sabrina Bachmann and I got together to talk about some things that aren’t in the book.

Like the client meeting I still cringe about. The one opposite I still struggle to practice. Advice in the book I sometimes chicken out on myself. What I left out. What I’ve already reconsidered. And which chapters I fully expect some of you to argue with me about.

One more thing

There’s no one right way to put The Opposite to work. Start with a situation that’s bugging you or a chapter you’re tempted to gloss over or avoid. Then try a small experiment. See what happens. Learn. Revise. Repeat.

As Elaine says in the Seinfeld episode that inspired the book, “Well, there’s no telling what can happen from this.” She was being sarcastic, but I’m not. You just might win some new work, have more influence, earn client loyalty, or otherwise surprise yourself.

I’ll be here on the sidelines, cheering you to victory 🕺🏽
